Chairman and Director
Philippe joined the board and was appointed as chairman in July 2019. He presently runs an executive coaching practice for senior corporate executives through Carpe Diem Coaching. Previously he was the Managing Director, Global Head of Fixed Income and a board member of BNP UK Holdings Limited. Prior to that position, he was the Deputy Managing Director and Head of Debt New Issue Group at UBS Phillips & Drews Ltd. He has a law degree with honours as well as a Diploma of Modern French Literature, both from the University of Paris.
Chief Executive Officer
Marvin joined the Board in 2017. He joined the company in 2001 as one of the founding shareholders and has served as the company's general counsel since 2007. He has previously served as the chief executive officer of the company's former subsidiaries, PXRE Reinsurance Company Limited and Lincoln General Insurance Company, and presently serves as a director of CX Reinsurance Company Limited, Island Capital Limited, Asta Capital Limited, and Asta Managing Agency Limited. Marvin is a member of the California bar and a qualified English solicitor.
Chief Financial Officer
Stephen has been the Chief Financial Officer of Tawa Associates Limited since 2014 and Financial Controller and then Treasurer of CX Reinsurance Company Limited since 1998. He was appointed to the Board of ACHP plc in 2017. He has responsibility for all aspects of financial strategy, operations and reporting of the Tawa Associates group and ACHP plc. Previously, he worked for PwC and Ernst & Young specialising in London Market insurance clients and projects.
Héloïse has been Deputy CEO of Artémis since February 2018. She joined Artemis in 2013 as an Investment Director. Prior to that, she started her career in finance, firstly in investment banking at Rothschild & Cie from 2002 to 2005, then in private equity at Advent International from 2005 to 2007. Until 2013, she then held various positions within Groupe Casino (special advisor to the CEO, VP International Purchasing). Héloïse graduated from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (class of 1998), from ESSEC (class of 2001) and from the Harvard Business School (class of 2009).
